Our products once used will not qualify for a return/exchange.
Your order is only eligible for a return if the product delivered has physical defects, or an incorrect item has been shipped to you. To issue a return, please submit your request here. If your return request has been accepted, you can either avail a product code for an amount equivalent to the order placed or have it exchanged.

CANCELLATION POLICY
